Returns
No Refunds/Exchanges:
We only accept returns or exchanges if the item you purchased is defective. To report a defective item, please email us at support@oneclicksolution.online with the product details and the defect description. Please send the defective item to:

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it thoroughly and notify you via email within a reasonable time frame regarding your eligibility for a refund or replacement. If you are eligible, we will either replace the product or refund the purchase price using your original payment method.
Refunds Permitted:
We accept returns for unopened items in their original packaging within 7 days of purchase, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email within a reasonable time frame about your eligibility for a refund. If approved, we will refund the purchase price and apply the credit to your original payment method.
Please note that only regular priced items are refundable. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
